Mercidia Hendra, LMT, MLD-C
Mercidia is a skilled licensed massage therapist who is committed to providing each client with personalized care and attention. She will take the time to listen to your concerns and will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs.
Mercidia has earned her degree from Sarasota School of Massage and after receiving her License she has devoted her time to becoming an expert in Lymphatic Drainage. She has been trained and certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Mercidia has been a Certified Nurses Assistant for the last 12 years giving her experience and knowledge of most medical issues.
Phil Hendra, RMHCI
Phil is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who prides himself on empathetic listening and allowing clients to share their thoughts and feelings in a safe therapeutic, and nonjudgmental environment while engaging in rational dialogue to bring out the positivity within the clients' narrative. I have a welcoming way to create a relaxed atmosphere during every session which allows the ease of collaborating on an individualized treatment plan. While building a therapeutic alliance, I will incorporate the use of multimodalities to discover which will offer the most progress toward successfully meeting the client's goals.
I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stetson University and my Master’s in Science from Walden University. I have an immeasurable amount of life experiences and education which equates to my uncanny ability to relate with clients of any age. My expertise is in working with Couples, Adults, and Adolescents.
Interventions such as Mindfulness Training, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy are all applicable modes of therapy incorporated into my client's care plan. Areas of expertise include Narcissistic Abuse, Conflict Resolution, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Grief, and Addictions.

What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Why is it important?
